How many meals a day are you eating? You should break them up so that you get a meal at bed time. Your bedtime meal should be protein + fiber. I use a protein powder blend (Whey + Casein + Egg), and I add 6g Oat Bran for fiber and low digesting carb. That should help. Also, try GABA at bedtime, an amino acid that will help you fall asleep and sleep better. Good luck!
Real GABA has been adultrated. I used to get gabba tropin by Ergo. Now it's called Psychotropin. For some reason they took out the GABA. The vendor from Europa told me it's going off the market soon like Tryptophen. It doesn't put you to sleep bur eases anxiety and puts you in a relaxed care free mood so you can fall asleep. Read on.
GABA supplements appear to promote relaxation and sleep. While GABA
has been tested for improving exercise tolerance, decreasing
body fat, and stabilizing blood pressure, research on the
supplement’s effectiveness and safety for these purposes has been
mixed at best. GABA itself does not cause drowsiness. Instead,
by easing anxiety, it simply makes it easier to fall asleep. GABA is
an important amino acid neurotransmitter in the brain.
Neurotransmitters are the chemicals that allow brain cells to communicate
with one another and maintain memory, including the ability
to register, retain and retrieve information. It’s involved in the
regulation of brain nerve cells and has been referred to as the brain’s
natural calming agent. GABA supplements are often used to
promote muscle growth and to counteract age-related declines
in growth hormone levels.
