pressing the 200's is very impressive. the 160's at my gym look heavy enough! kid is on a ton of gear, but hey, he's a bber right? very strong.

Spotters are meant to just touch the weight, not lift it.

I used a spotter last week on my last set of 365 just in case I'd decapitate myself... and before that, I can't remember the last time I used a spotter for anything. I train by myself.

your 'trolling' attempts are more and more pathetic... is the shit you put up your nose taking it's toll on your cognitive abilities?

I met him at our show this Saturday.  He guest posed. The dude is a legit 335.  It looks like way too much weight to carry around. His calves are huge.
