Okay, I dont know the exact characteristics of each one, but her limbs look pretty proportional to her body, unlike the dwarfs you see with stumpy, short limbs.

But that is just my perception.

In the beginning of the video they stated her type of dwarfism. Apparently there is 150 types of dwarfism.

Anyway, as you said, she just looks like a mini human. Her arms look proportionate to the rest of her body. Of course she is not going to have the arm length of a woman 5'6".
