Once in a blue moon a good energy drink or supplement comes out that actually works .Then it will be taken of the shelf's immediately. soon after a shitty  substitute comes out and everyone hopes it is as good and the company makes $$$$ . Same old shit. Remember the original Hydroxycut? That stuff was the best.
People actually died from it. That's how strong it was. lol. Everything else now is pure garbage. Don't waist your money .Have some coffee. It works

Sounds like a stand up individual, cant wait to try his supplements  ???

---------

In 2005, Cahill pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and introduction of a misbranded drug into commerce for mixing a highly toxic pesticide with baking powder, stuffing it in capsules and selling the product over the Internet for weight loss. He was sentenced to two years in federal prison.

It was DNP, he never hid that. It was when he was known as Sledgehammer and had the best UGL back then, and to this day in my opinion. He got in trouble because a girl used it (DNP) to kill herself. WW has a thread at the top of the AAS board regarding this. Cahill may not be the most ethical guy, but he has brought some awesome products to the masses. I've been with him since 2002 in his UGL days.

I think I train pretty heavy for my weight 185lb right now.

Yeah I like training in aggressive mindset, I believe in it.

Some idea of the weights I was doing today:

220lb Barbell Rows (Yates Style)-10 -12 reps
T-Bar Rows ( 5 x 20kilo = 220lb Plates) 10-12
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows:  110lb's 10-12 reps
Weighted Chin Ups: 10-12 reps with 25lb
Lat Pulldown: Whole Stack for 10 reps (with spot)

....lots of drop down sets, forced reps, rest pause etc.

Pretty fucking brutal, I can't train at that intensity unless I really psyche myself up like i'm going to war.

No one come near me when I train, I ain't a fake grunter attention whore type, like if I am training like that you see whole fucking body shivering and if I am grunting its from the soul, I remind myself of a little young Rich Gaspari if I am totally honest with you. I don't stimulate I annihilate, maybe that's not a good thing but its the way I always trained.
