I got sick of Nolan's stuff by the end. I thought MoS was a happy medium, and I enjoy the Marvels flicks light heartedness as well... I would love to see a murderous, bloody wolverine/xmen flick, but thats just not their target audience. I remember the X-men cartoon from the 90's, and it was the same way.... it had adult themes but was a childrens show at heart...

I thought Thor 2 was very good. I enjoyed the Avengers. I enjoyed MoS. Honestly, the 2nd and 3rd Batman flicks didn't really entertain me that much.. they were extremely brooding and I thought was overemphasized the "dark" aspect.... I go to movies to be entertained. I enjoy a serious flick as much as the next guy... but in a universe where people can fuckin' fly, I don't know how much "reality' can be brought in before people give out...
