I use to use high protein diets, shakes supps... etc etc. Now all I use in 1g of test a week and a very very very strict and clean diet. 1800 cals a day. I look the best I have in years. I feel 10 years younger and my bf% is the lowest its been in 15 years, Its simple it works. I raise this question because I see so many complicated diets and workout regiments. What do you do and how have you simplified your routine with the experience over the years

best?probably 3500-4000 kcals... carbs around 700/day+, protein around 200/day, the rest fats.when it's time to cut down it's protein around 300/day, carbs around 200/day, and the rest fats. with kcals around 2500-3000
