He is 5’8” … 28 years old … contest weight 240 … I am preparing him for a show in Saudi Arabia … to gain some money and more size for the world amateur championship in Czech Republic by end of the year

I solved his midsection problem and he looks much better now … sometimes the weird looking abs is good to get the judges attention.

by surgiacly realighning his abdomal muscles???, wouldnt his Mid section be a gentic trate rather than a fixable screw up via misiformation or guiedance

I think his abs look freaky myself !!!

He use to blaot a lot before cause some gap in his diet and his midsection would look bigger too … once we got everything write the width in his midsection looks much better … so we are doing things in a way to keep an eye on the midsection all the time just incase any sign of gut of width show up … it is a genetic thing that u have to look for all the time and maintain the size specially when a contest is close
