Chest has always been a struggle for me. but it is getting there slowly.

In 2007 I'll have that dryrness I had at the USA's in the Light heavies. Moving up 3 weight classes in 3 years to the heavies I had to give up something to come in fuller. But now I have 2 years to grow into the heavies. I sould be around 215-220#'s but much dryer!

I beg to differ! TJ has great arms and at 5'6" 216#'s(competing wt) I don't think he has a thick waist! He does need more chest and he is the first to admit it but look back at his pictures from 2 years ago as a middle weight at the Jr nationals - the dude made major improvements in 24 months!! He is 1 of 3 National heavyweight Champions in 2005!

Dude you look awesom, just a little grisper and more grainer (its all do do with water) and your up there man, I would roll that back double bicep pose back a little to bring out more detail , but yeah fantastic !!
