Are there any good rock bands from the last 5 years?

It seems to be a dying breed, most good rock bands are at least a decade old.  haven't heard or seen anyone decent new bands come out in the last 5 years or so.  There was a lot of buzz about Kings of Leon but after listening to them I was meh!  One Republic seems decent but very pop music like.

Last quality band from the UK were Artic Monkeys but they came almost a decade ago.
Mumford & Sons and The Vaccines have shown promise more recently.

the guy from one republic has a good voice

check out ben howard if you like something a bit more eclectic

Lots of good underground metal, death/black/melodic and otherwise.

Rock has been dead for a while.... its all just whiny shit now.
