When have Black American women not been under the most stress? They were not always this fat. This is a recent trend (20 years or so) and it's because of the American diet and exercise habits in conjunction with the sedentary lifestyle. Its caught up to everyone except 1st generation immigrants and most Asians. Bottomline is no matter the color, on average Amercans are a bunch of skinnyfat or fat-fat fatasses.

My coworker started using a wheelchair recently because she got too fat to walk. She still walks to/from her car (parked close by in a handicapped spot, of course) but that's her exercise for the day.
I now avoid talking to her at all costs in case she asks me to push her around the office, usually kitchen or bathroom. Wtf, your arms don't work either? Maybe moving at least one body part throughout the day could benefit you? Apparently the thought never crossed her mind.
