This will be my official weight loss thread. Adonis will also be posting in here as he is essentially running my show in this. I will post exactly what I eat each day. I wasnt gonna post what I do for exercise as it will be off the beaten path from what most do on here but I dont care---I will post it--or Adonis will.

Any posts that clutter this thread with meaningless drivel posts will be deleted by Princess L - I have talked with her about it.


The payouts are as follows: Meet stage 1 goal $1000 Meet stage 2 goal $1000 Meet final stage goal of 205 $3000
minimum 30% to the humane society---knowing me will bump it to 50% because its for animals---person sponsoring me for this will not only pay me $5000 but will match any donations I make to the humane society

I have something interesting to tell you.

As you may have noticed when I came in I am a heavier guy. Uncle Junior has offered me $5000 to go from the 275 pounds I weigh now down to 205 pounds. He will pay me in stages $1000 for the first 23 pounds lost, $1000 for the second 23 pounds lost and $3000 for the final 24 pounds lost.

Now here is where Regina Humane Society comes in. I will donate a minimum of 30% for each goal I reach, so minimum $1500 total. xxxxxxxx xxxxx will match whatever I donate so that will make $3000 total. Now being its the animals I will probably go higher than 30% but lets start there. Also it seems other getbig members will contribute if I lose the pounds.

I noticed a heading that you added calories.  You can create the label if you want or if you give the details of the item, I will certainly be glad to do it for you if you want.  Or if you just want to keep it the way it is, that will be completely fine as well.

Good job - just remember - it sucks, is not fun, does not feel good until you see results, and if you can get past the first 2 months or so - you are home free.

Josh, think of food like you do medicine.  Keep at it, don`t over do and make sure you get the same amount.  Consistency will be key here as you know.  This will be the easiest money you will ever make and it will not only benefit you, but the animals as well.
