This, Arnold still has it... I actually liked The Last Stand, no bullshit classic action movie, even if it got criticized a lot, hoping Sabotage can be even better... I fucking hate CGI shitfests, give me any 70s, 80s and early 90s action movies any day, with real action and charismatic actors...

Also, as you age it's much easier to keep your arms pumped up compared to the larger muscle groups. Large groups require compound movements = higher injury potential.

Arnolds physique still inspires, 1 thing i noticed is he doesn't look atrophied or broken down, just the same old shape just toned back from the competition days. Shoulders looking solid and wide, chest is always huge, his calves are always big.

I have nothing but love for Arnold, but it is rather amazing that he hasn't killed himself with all the roids and drugs he has taken over the years, including now.

I want to know one thing is he on anything and whats the dose, he might have been a bodybuilder and may have not always made the best decisions, but I couldn't see him doing something to negatively effect his health at this age, I would like to know if he is using anything how his doctors are countering any negative effects that could be a consequence.

We know he has to take beta blockers to keep his heart rate under a certain rate since the heart surgery.

That's very deceiving. He's had MASSIVE height loss. Was shorter than 5'11"-5'11.5" Jimmy Fallon the other day. A prime Arnold would have had an easy 2" on Fallon.
