Yea he's lost height, he was talking about his co star 6'5" joe manganiello the other day and said "it doesn't help he's 5 inches taller than me" so 6ft today basically confirmed by arnold.

I don't think Arnold was ever 6'2". That was a magazine creation. Maybe 6'. Now less. I know the reported magazine height of Sergio Oliva was 5'10". Many who have seen him said he was around 5'8" to 5'9".

He had knee surgery way back in the 70s and walked with a cane not to long ago. It wouldn't surprise me if he had both his knees replaced and that's how he lost his height??

basile measured him, musclemag did too but rounded up the 6'1.75" to 6'2" as it was easier to print

Bingo, Arnold was never ever 6'2 or even 6'1, 1974 Olympia 237lbs looking thick like he did at 6'2? Lol, peak height 6' at most, not surprised if 5'11.5... Today he clearly lost some, 5'10 barefoot is not impossible... Oliva was around 5'8, no way 5'10...

I met Arnie many times when I was younger. He was very accessible at the first Arnold Classic (1989). Stood right next to him and got a few pics with him.

There is no way Arnold was 6'2" then... he was 6'0" tops. Now, he seems around 5'10" or so.

Probably suck even more than T3 & T4 did.

T1 & T2 are two of my favourite movies of all time. Sad to see what has become of what was once, an amazing franchise.

And I think 6'0" is being generous for present day Arnold. It's as though his upper torso (spine) has just collapsed on itself. I think he's also had a hip replacement (which contributed to Lou Ferrigno also losing height).

No, he was very much that height before height loss kicked in. He was measured by our friend Vince Basile in 1969, BAREFOOT and at night (your lowest height) and he came out to 6'1.5" according to Vince. He was also taller than many legit 6'0" men in his competition days. Just look at his body now, compared to the 1990's and before. It's obvious that it's very compressed.

No, the majority of his height loss is in his upper torso.

Same thing happened to Hulk Hogan who has lost a tremendous amount of height. He was 6'6" legit up until 1990 and is under 6'3" today, due to hip and knee replacements, neck fusion, several spinal fusions.
