Enhanced TRT

My South American TRT doctor prescribed me a cocktail of Test E, Tren E and Mast E.  125mgs per mL each.  If I were going to do 2mL's per week, should I split them up like Monday and Thursday or just double down on Mondays?  I also have one bottle left of LGI SD-10.  I was thinking of jump starting with that or finishing off with that.  Looking for some opinions and/or recommendations.

how can tren be prescribed??

I was under the assumption there wasnt pharma grade tren and it was all just ugl?

I didnt think that ANY pharmaceutical companies produced tren.

believe it or not, tren was being tested for hrt purposes and worked better than test (of course) for libido and of course muscle/fat. However I guess it never went further.  I remember reading the journal/study. I was like oooh yeaaah ..... but than oooh no because it never got further lol.
