He had a meltdown because I told him don`t touch a thing with his diet.  Just keep it consistent and not to lower calories.  I wanted to adjust him to a decent range to where in the future he could raise pretty high and still lose bodyfat.  Ideally, I wanted to get him to the point where he could lose bodyfat on 3000 calories if he wanted.  He freaked out, after I told him not to change anything and that was that.

I want him to succeed, but if he listens to the majority of people here, he will fail.  Too many cooks spoil the broth as they say.
