I like it that way actually.  You can work on small refinements here and there.  Then you have the whole lean aspect.  If you go deep into single digit bodyfat, you can get leaner than any drug user out there.

TA have you had your cholesterol measured? have you had a full heart check up including a scan?

My cholestrol is a little elevated off juice and with clean diet....it runs in the family, hence why I never bulk and pretty much only eat stuff like that as a treat now and then.

You get cholesterol from animal products, not cakes and such.  I only eat around 100-150 grams of protein a day and most of the time its closer to 100 than anything.  Cholesterol is very low, under the RDA usually, as I do track my nutrition.

Well you have to have a thermometer and the custard has to reach 196 degrees no more or less.  Do you feel comfortable with that one?  I can give you an easier, less fussy one that I think is better is some respects but takes a little longer-Its a lemon icebox pie, but I think it goes better with the crust as the lemon flavor is not overpowering.  It depends on your lemon preference as well.
