No it can’t. You can learn to mute the outward signs of it. Patch over the cracks in the drywall from the shifted foundations, so to speak. It will always be there under the surface, however.
Now, if you are neurotic, from abuse suffered as a child for example, and have symptoms that mimic autism. There may be some chance of relief. Keep in mind some neurosis have become so ossified that they may as well be unchangeable.
