well consuming a carb based diet i keep in mind to keep raw carrots in my diet year round since for some unknown reason it prevents any sort of lower back problems for me,

but to your question i will need to keep the right amount of fruits plus starchy carbs in order to avoid the explosive shits all day long if you eat too much fruit

Well i wouldn't count them out.... frozen banana, kale, ginger, 1/2 lemon, apples, flaxseed, some silken tofu--delicious, refreshing, and highly nourishing. 

I like to put some full-fat yogurt or maybe an avocado in to enhance nutrient absorption, but i don't know how that will jive with your high-carb approach

Yes Marty we must learn applicable trades such as mixing paints, keeping lawn equipment running, fixing pex pipe, various pumps that are needed and cleaning agents, taking care of animals etc.. Now how will most with college degrees handle these these things - call a contractor to take money from them.

agreed counting calories only works in a highly quarantied environment (doing the exact same activity around the same temp day in day out same sleep wake up time bed time ect)

ill eat some fat but not much, if i eat too much fat i get too hot thus i get lazy
