but to be fair there is a big different with a mediocer bodybyilder and phil heat.  Just look at boston how he grew into comp condition and he looked horrible..for me atleast it was a  big different when i was up tp 2.5grams of hormones from my regular 1gram cykles..a bog difference

He didn't look horrible at all. Quite the opposite. His conditioning was excellent as was his muscle size and density, particularly for a tall 20 year-old. His symmetry wasn't great (no calves at all), but he dominated what is a pretty competitive local show. If he didn't have such a big mouth people would be talking up his pro potential.

he nailed it for this show,he needs to progress size wise with what he uses ,not look like his buddy who's 'natural'or on paper natural,should be beasting on him.galineko would be all over this thread with reality.
