If that build of his 5-6 years ago was natural, it'll be one of the best I've ever seen. I've been to natural contests in the UK where I swore I could've hopped on stage there and then and placed well. That's how shit most guys looked. Adonis would've seriously competed on national level.

I blew down like a balloon. I've done four cycles the past 10 years. My last just under two years ago, and that was orals only. To be perfectly honest, I don't mind being lumped in with the users. This is more for me to have something to work towards than 'winning' a contest.

Because I am and I want others to know that drugs are not necessary at all if you put some work into it.  Of course if you want to make it easier on yourself or if you want to be a monster, by all means, use.  Most people end up with a natty or worse than natty physique when they could have just never used in the first place.

Also, I understand for you at 220 single digit bodyfat at what, 5`11, which is what you are,  is your goal and would only be possible on roids.  Nothing wrong with that.  If someone said, I want to be like that, I would say you will NEVER get there naturally.  NEVER.

I'm going with Sev and Gal's idea of getting lean first, THEN using.

But to be fair, the older I get the less interest I have in using again. What's the point of dropping 100s on chemicals when you're only going to end up losing most of your gains anyway when coming off. I'm not interest in staying 'on' all the time either. Maybe I should wait till I'm in my 40s and hit it naturally that next decade.

I'm not a 'bodybuilder' anyway. Now that I'm a natural and don't train for months, I get all my shape and size back within 2 weeks when I get back to it.

You kidding? I'm slamming my wheels three times a week and can't remember the last time I could walk properly. But I agree with the physique comp. Pic of you in board shorts AND a separate pic of your legs. There's no way you could have a Mr Getbig comp and not post leg shots.
