you fools, did you read Ahhhnold's book? Franco got that split from Inclines. He's the only person in the history of lifting that "got it right"

the thing i never got about franco was that his upper body was so shredded, yet his legs Never had even One Single Cut anywhere in them, ever.

tru i have never ever done inclines but do a lot of flat benching and weighted dips. if i was to do inclines and develop the upper part of my chest i would develop a deeper more detailed split.

p.s not comparing myself to franco as a bodybuilder in neway what so ever. just the split issue and even mine is no where near comparable to franco's

Franco's legs were just as good as the other bodybuiders of his era (zane, arnold etc...)

His back/shoulders were just fuccing sick. The detail in his chest was pretty insane.

By the way, he called and asked you to lick his left nut.

He wasn't nearly as strong as Weider claimed. The deadlift was by far his best lift.

The little bastard beat me in 1970 even though he had bow legs and 16.5 inch biceps. He got better though.

To be fair he never had gyno in the 70's.............must have been the new fangled drugs in 1980.
