I have a ton of theories and I've had a lot of success with many different processes.
But I have this one... her upper body gets so hard and shredded... her legs... they are awesome in size and sweep with great calves and shape, but they NEVER get hard enough. It's painfully obvious. I didn't have to worry about her so much in Bikini except that since she was so hard in the upper body, the judges always thought she should have been in physique.
She is nearly drug free and won't deal with Clen or T-3. She is scared shitless of diuretics.
If anyone answers this question with suggestions, I've probably tried. Posing, Stairstepping, Diet is beyond 100%... she won't cheat.
I'm looking for that suggestion of something I haven't tried...
It's gotta happen. Her quads are sick and she has her next competition in two weeks.
