He needs to be way lighter. Like 175 pounds light. Anyone 5'7 5'8 over 190 pounds who abused their body for over 2 decades needs to take the weight off if they want a chance at extending their life...

HE had huge legs.noticed in his last comeback even tho he said blah/blah I trained for 8/10 wks wasn't 100 pct is what it is,his calves which were sick looking were really nowhere near what they were,would have thought they would have been there due to being 260/290 range for long time.
