Hi Lee, nice to see you post here, looking forward to seeing you compete at the Arnold Classic (already have my pre judging and finals tickets ! )

I just recently rented (and watched for the upteenth time) the 1st Superman movie with Christopher Reeve, and the 4th movie (He battles Nuclear Man).

My favorites are the 1st and 2nd movie, while the 3rd movie with Richard Pryor was too goofy, and the 4th movie is only average at best.

My favorite scene out of all the movies that sticks out in my mind is the 1st movie, where he finds Lois Lane dead in her car, then he gets really angry and circles the earth at incredible speeds to reverse time--------love that scene !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lee, what did youi think of the 4 Superman movies, and I'll bet you are looking forward to the new "Superman Returns" movie this summer !!!

the 4th is one of my fav! i love all the superman movies as well, where is lee, i want to hear is take on this.

I thought the 4th movie was THE WORST of the series! Yuck. And that movie only made superman 3 better because of the fight scene at the end!

Actually, my favorite ones are in the order they were released, with a slight advantage given to part 2...

yeah that was an awesome part! again i love the fight scean against himself and then the "good" clark ripped open his shirt and the old (good one) superman came back, classic. i like the 4th alot because of the sun man character. very good in my opinion and again i love all of them, been watching those since i was a kid. im alittle weiry with the new movie coming out this summer, we'll see how it is.

I like them all, but I give #2 a slight edge. My favorite thing about them is watching them again now that I'm older and seeing how cheesy they are...but the cheese is part of what makes it so good

best season so far...
the plots have really picked up...

clark and lana started having sex,
chloe knows,
lionel is GOOD....and "knows"...

and this episode ended with a funeral..

hearing brando's voice as jor-el in the teaser preview is just
amazing! "Returns" seems like it's going to be pretty great.

But Lee....ur friends with john schneider...did you catch that
episode last night of smallville? and if so, your thoughts?

also, just in case anyone else in this thread cares...
they've greenlit a new He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
movie to be directed by John Woo! And they've signed John Glover,
"Lionel Luther" from smallville, as Skeletor!

Heman was the bees knees for me.. A sign of strength.

Seeing as I'm more than a bit schnerd enabled I've obviously obtained a lot of he-man to watch as an adult and boy is it

a: dangerously homosexual (not that there is anything wrong with that)
b: extremely moral
c: boring (except when skeletor is on)

I remember seeing Dolph in the movie and thinking it was pretty average.

And whilst previously claimed that superman sucks cock (a fact I was unable to verify despite the most earnest of advances) I have seen a bit of smallville and will admit its actually quite ok. I think if heman had magic sword he'd own superman in a fight though

Reckon that Superman I and II are probably just as good as each other. Love that General Zod guy from Superman II - KNEEEEEEL BEFORE ZOD!!!!! Excellent...

Remember my Dad taking me to see Superman III when it came on the cinema - think I must have been about six years old. Though it was pretty decent but was a bit freaked out by that red haired woman turning into a robot at the end. Scary...

Superman IV had potential - the idea was good but it was a all bit crap in the end. I point blank refuse to see Superman Returns. I'm sorry but they shouldn't have made another one after Christopher Reeve died. Just won't be the same.
