I really don't get all the Vince B hate.
Seems like it's the "trendy" thing to do on getbig nowadays.
Dude had a great physique back in the day...not like he was some Vince G or Billy Guns
Vince is very opinionated and has a lot of deeply held beliefs and isn't going to budge even in the light of contrary evidence and is certainly not going to fold under public opinion. He has frustrated me to no end and even has inspired genuine anger. But I never took it personally and I forget about it and cool off the next day.
It's a golden rule that if you stand for something in life, have genuine held beliefs, opinions and a world view; and are willing to defend them,
not everyone is going to agree with you. Some will even hate you for it. Someone just called me repugnant here today because I don't believe in legally redefining marriage to include same sex couples.
If you haven't made a few enemies in life or have people dislike you chances are you probably don't stand for much or believe in much -- of maybe just not willing to defend them.
Not rocking the boat and just keeping quiet is preferred to ruffling a few feathers and maybe getting someone upset or mad at you.
Basile has no issue with rocking the boat or ruffling, even pulling with that pinch grip, a few feathers standing up for what he believes.
And no one rocks the boat here as much as Basile.
