I don't get all the bickering. .... dude needs a ton more AAS than others to achieve the same results due to not as good genetic response.... He doesn't look bad, just doesn't look amazing for the level of gear he's running. Advising newbs to take 6 of gear is reckless, yes, but it's a shrewd business strategy.

And if they're aspiring pros, well, they're probably going down that road anyway.

No one gets away with much less.... he's got better genetics.

He's NEVER advised newbs to use 6 grams. Trust me, I asked him for advice and it wasn't anywhere near 6 grams.

Also, you guys forget that he barely got out of prison for which he was locked up for awhile. I personally think he uses too much -- but i'm a total steroid virgin who knows jack shit -- but give dude at least a couple years with his 6 grams and then judge him.

Also, dude doesn't use 6 grams year around. I think he said he uses anywhere from from 500mgs- 6grams.

I don't know about the first post! this ESF guy is always telling our AAS newbies to jump on 4 grams of gear or more plus,HGH and insulin protocols and that fucking methyl-Tren that is not really that necessary,there is injectbale Tren no need to fuck someones liver values up. where does a newbie go from there? 6-8 grams?

sweetspot is at 6g!! I just did use 6g and im not feeling so good or sweet! Maybe as a beginner I should have started with 4g. I think I better get to the hospital my eyes are yellow im pissing blood. (does that mean its working?). Or maybe I didn't eat enough! Maybe ESF can give me more advice. Should I just up the dose and go for 10g? I throw in a few anadrol 50s(every hour 2) just to make sure im in tolerance range. ....

Theres a punk ass bitch in my city who got charged with trafficking 6 different drugs including cocaine, mdma ,..all the big ones. He also got charged with an unregistered 9mm and a POLICE ISSUE TASER. You know what he got? Probation----now thats a guy who sang and sang loud. ESFitness kept his mouth shut and manned up, did his time. He's not anonymous and hes a stand up guy.
