remember that thread i made about going all out on carbs when its warm. well i did that for a few days but just stayed too damn sore i wasnt recovering. plus i had a couple of zits on my face before i went on the low fat plan. and i never get zits on my face (remember i also went low fat because felt too hot)
but i know why...ive been eating peanutbutter all this winter, works very well for warmth and energy but as soon as it started to get warm recently that pb made me too hot and a couple of zits on my face
so dropped the peanutbutter and now just replaced that fat with butter and cheeze (i had already been eating plenty of butter during the winter as well and cheese stuff on occasion)
ill have a protein packed tofu on english muffin with sharp cheese, tastes incredible!!! i still have plenty of carrots to keep away any nerve based lower back pain, feel 100 percent and look 100 percent no zits. i do have this one zit on my nose thats been there for about 5 or 6 years its small but im not even sure if its a zit it could be a toxin or malfunction in dna, any way will keep updated
