As i said before if i wanted to lie i could have said i squat 500 pounds and bench 315 but i did not i post my actual numbers.

yes, but then it would have sounded like a lie. Here can I have a go:

I bench 455 for 3 reps

ha - that felt good. Almost as good as this Johnnie Walker Gold Label I'm drinking.

Get yourself a bottle of macallan cask strength - you can get it duty free. Beautiful drop. Adds to your curves tho.

Cognac is the best mix it with camberry juice and you are good to go.

8 Inch pussy lips, i garuntee your form is shit...you are over 6 feet at 168 pounds, that is almost ethiopian for fucks sake you skinny bitch.  Im willing to bet you cant even do 1 rep to actual parallel.  What you view in the mirror is not parallel, and i know thats what you are thinking.  the mirror gives you the illusion you are at parallel when you still have another 20-30 degrees to parallel.

Secondly, how can you claim to be the strongest pound for pound when your bench and deadlift are laughable.  Even if your outrageous claims of squats have even the slightest bit of truth to them, you are far from being "pound for pound the strongest" cause your other lifts are vaginal at best.

I think i am the strongest because if i trained for powerlifting i could sqat 600lbs in the 165 lbs class i do not know what the world record is for the 165 lbs class but i think i could become a world record powerlifter. My other lifts keeping going up on wednesday i did deadlifts with 365 for 7 reps i think i can hit 400 in about two months or so.

I am dead serious if i can squat 455 pounds for 13 reps using a average workout what do you think will happen if i decided to do some serious powerlifting training i am sure i would be able to squat 600 for 1 rep that is not impossible.

you're so full of it man...  i don't put my all into working out, in fact, i do one leg workout per week.  despite this, genetics have allowed me to squat 600 at 195.  the only difference is that i'm 5'9".  i have a friend who's 6'3" who uses around 400 lbs when he squats, thinks he goes to parallel and comes back up.  in reality, he goes down to maybe 115 degrees.  i'm not going to call you outright weak, but before you make your claims, make sure you know for a fact that you're going parallel.  just because your friends say you are, doesn't mean you are.

and as far as you being able to get your squat up to 600... man, if your claims are true, i'll give you a little over 500 for max.  now, do you really expect it to be "easy" to add another 100 lbs to your squat??

I know its not easy but as i said if i should do some serious powerliting training i could make it.

and you think you can do this at 165 lbs?  haven't you posted in other threads that you weigh 177?  do you really think you can add that kind of strength without adding weight?

According to the 1 rep max estimate chart:

2 reps @=1.07
3 reps @=1.12
4 reps @=1.15
5 reps @=1.18
6 reps @=1.21
7 reps @=1.24
8 reps @=1.27
9 reps @=1.30
10 reps @=1.33

so 455 at 10 reps would give you 455x1.33 = 605. But of course your talking bullshit 3 inch. I don't
believe for one second you can do these numbers.

Its a pity that there is no money in powerlifting because now i am seeing that i could do well. If i was lying i would have given up on this thread a long time ago but anyhow i am going to keep pushing my squats. My next leg workout is on wednesday and my goal is 465 for 13 reps.

You just messed with the wrong guy now i will have to tell you a secret, years ago i came over to your house and got a blowjob from your mom she choked on my dick and spit the cum all over your dinner plate, you came in ate it and said it was the best meal you ever had. Now that gives a new meaning to the phase (the dinner is cumming) end of quote.

Wednesday was another leg day after warm up i did 315 for 25 reps then 405 for 14 reps, the reps felt easy so for the last set i went up to 475 lbs, this weight felt totally different on my back when i took it out of the rack i made two small steps backward and it felt like my body was about to twist in two. Some people stoped their workouts and turned around to watch me, i got 12 reps with the 475 and when i racked it,some girls started to clap and whistle that was kinda cool, one of them was giving me a lustful look i did not get to talk to her but next time when i go back to the gym i will see if i can get the hook up.

Who cares how much you squat, what does it prove? I squat 315 at 180lbs. Is it alot, hell no!

Vince Taylor, one of the best pros ever never ever lifted heavy. He believed in alot of cable use and check out his physique.

Small guys have a natural advantage over larger guys in terms of pound for pound strength. They need a tall woman to get stuff off the shelves for them, but it seems a fair tradeoff.
Keep shrinking a man and he becomes as strong as an ant. It's known as the Square-Cube law.
