I tried it last year but ended up "backloading" all day

and never skipped breakfast.
This time around I'm doing it by the book. I read the book on Sunday and decided I'll try it out as Kiefer laid it out.
I wake up at 6:30am, do cardio for about 30mins, then have a cup of coffee, take fish oils and vitamins.
Between 11am and noon I have my first meal consisting of tuna, olive oil and romaine lettuce.
About 2 hours later I have another meal identical to the first.
Preworkout I have beef, cheese, avocado and a little olive oil. This happens around 4pm, my workout is at 5:30.
Post workout (6:30 or 7pm) I start loading on carbs, I start with a banana, chicken + brown rice. Then it turns to sugary stuff (chocolate chip cookies, cereal, popcorn), cottage cheese (for protein) and protein shakes if I'm too full to eat.
Tonight I'm going for potatoes, skipping out on the cookies, they actually made me really sick last night.
I must say I've always been a low carb guy, but after 2 days of backloading I'm looking bigger and leaner. I'll see how it goes for the next couple weeks and decide if it works for fat loss/muscle gain.
Has anyone tried this with any success?
