A better question would be would you like to look like that 5 months out of a year for 10 years to die in your 50's? I don't see anyone lining up to look like Flex, Shawn Ray or a host of others how they look now.

These answers are hilarious. One year is nothing in trade for that..because if you look like that you live 5 years of life in one normal year.

Most pros are chopping 20-30 years off their lives to look half as good.

You guys that think you're living until 100 eating 300g of protein a day and on gear need to get real, haha.

you probably need to get real if you think you're living to 100 regardless the lifestyle you live

Depends on the year. Would I be passing and shutting myself and stuck in bed because I'm 99? Or would I be 88 and still going decent but struggling to stay around to see my grandchildren grow up?

My grandfather is struggling right now, he desperately wants to see our son grow older... so every day is a fight to him to keep going..  and he's still mobile, still living life... but he said to keep going you have to have drive. He wouldn't sacrifice 10 secs for any kind of bullshit right now.
