I actually liked these videos, and usually, I find them extremely dull.
Here's a guy who has a plan, is able to speak to it coherently, and executes what his plan is.
We can all dispute his methods, but I find his approach to be far more refreshing than a video of some guy going in and mindlessly doing exercises.
At least with Freeman, you might learn something. If nothing else, you see how a man can tailor a plan to his body.
