Proportions that will never be matched....I have seen him pose worse though...Was not so bad there...Posing rounds were part of the score card back then so there was no way he could be Mr Olympia...

Unreal.
It's unlikely we'll ever see beasts like Dillett or Ruhl again.

Phil might be the widest but lacks "muscle maturity". At least we have Branch.

Mind blowing quads and hamstrings for guy who rarely squatted, and did mostly leg presses.

If he stressed his quads and hamstrings they will grow.
The muscle doesnt know a squat from a leg press.

My inner schmoe is watering at the mouth.

One of the craziest physiques of all time, easy a top 5 along with millenium Coleman and prime Yates.

That physique would likely have won the O in the last few years. It would have crushed Dexter in 08 and probably beaten Jay at his best. Putting the lack of posing skills to the side for a minute, the quads, hams, and calves combined are better than any other pro competing today. It's just the back development that lets him down, and seeing as so many of the mandatories involve it, it's understandable why he didn't score as highly as he could have done.

I admit I know very little about it all but that physique looks way better than anything I've seen in the last ten years. Would love to see little Branch next to him.

Dillett was a beast, but no way does he beat Jay at his best.  2009 Cutler shits all over Dillett.

Exactly, plus serious chronic asthma and no cartilage in both his shoulders, lol...
Best physique ever.....just standing there! (it all goes wrong with his horrible awkward posing)

His two MM, Side Chest and FLS were very good, it's from the back and from his inhability to open it that everything collapse, but from the front the posing was decent sometimes... Got third in this ASC, behind Levrone and Wheeler, beating Ray and Taylor... Fair place overall, not many times this happened, but he could have been second or winner no problem... Sometimes, like Rudee rightly said, you just have to stop whining about his posing and start marveling at his physique... Greatest genetic superfreak ever, can you imagine him in that shape near the laughable line-up of today? LOL
