Does taking nolva by itself give you any gains? I have read that it can make you look harder especially when dieting.

Hell no.

It makes you harder possibly by blocking estrogen receptors........that's the extent of it.

just use it for pct only, or during the cycle if u see gyno showing, never alone for gains, did u hear that somewhere?
