We have one of those as well. Load it up with about 400lbs of plates, set up some cones spaced about 5ft apart for 40-50 yards and weave up and back.

As long as you and your boyfriend don't make too much noise while bouncing up and down on the shafts while holding hands I doubt they will never even know.
