they don't want to hear this shit.  all they care about is gay marriage, abortion, entitlements.  the rest is all white noise to them. 

they simply cast aside these kinds of things as baseless attacks on the dude in the suit that they have chosen to worship.

obama is harder on terr'ists and illegals.

looks, stats are going to go up and down based upon a lot of things.  Maybe Bush did such a good job prosecuting corporate criminals that there aren't as many left for obama to pursue.   Or maybe the economy is so good now (lolzers!) that fewer corporate crimes are being committed.
