I think so

They actually removed his heart, told him to walk it off for a few weeks til the scars heal and come back again for a ransplant. He kept the blood flowing and oxygenated via 8g of test.

Are you implying that ESF is the kind of guy that hides his true form while running  3000mcg  MTII, 2g test, 2g deca, 1g tren, 1g mast and a handful of orals of peace aka "the sweet spot" to not be regarded as a hero for saving said wreck survivors whilst incurring burns over 3/4 of his body aka "the not so sweet spot", causing him to go catabolic and lose 100lbs of "purple veiny" mass and just show his recovery photos to not be a glory hound?
