Wand looks like the bad guy here but I can't blame the guy for losing it. Wand warned chael a long time ago to quit running his mouth. Chael called wand out after his fight with shogun. He said he didn't know they could stack crap that high. I hope during the actual fight wanderlia can avoid the take down. He did catch him on the way down with a visious elbow.

He's old and beat up but he can still flurry!

Sonnen brings  excitement to MMA. I just wished he was as good as a fighter as he is a talker.

Of course it's staged...they had gaffer tape marked on the floor to keep the whole thing centered, cams on tripods in the side shots, etc.
