ok here is a basic day for me11am- banana,bowl of protein/fibre cereal with soy milk2pm- 1 egg with one of those little cartons of egg whites and spinach and a orange5pm- chicken or fish or beef or pork with a salad and a piece of fruit8pm - fruit and some almonds and carrots11pm- a piece of fruit usually a orange and carrots 12pm - fat free cottage cheesei sually go to bed at around 1-2am
