Used a French Laminating technique for the Cinnamon and Sugar layers.

This weekend I will bake a Chocolate Chip Cookie tart and Hummingbird Cake.  Last night I baked two loaves of Rustic Bread to go with a Zucchini and Ricotta Cheese soup.  I really can`t decide what I like better, working out or cooking.  Its a tough call!
