yeah i have propane, i choose the road least difficult
i have two bbqs. a 2k napoleon (propane) and a $150 weber bowl (charcoal)
the weber is the only one i use. the napoleon was a waste of 2k lol. yah, its its own thing when it comes to effort- gotta heat the charcoal, then once the coal is hot heat up the grill. the whole thing takes about 25 minutes before the meat is ready to go.
but for me bbqing isnt about getting it done. its about the process. the relaxation of it. the smell of the grill. drinking a few corona as you do it.
actually i just realised i like it cause its less about making food, and more about the momnets spent doing it.
