Note the blistering on the crust and micro bubbles from a high heat application with steam infusion from the Romertopf Clay Pot.  I also prepared the oven by boiling water and releasing enough steam for the final baking portion with the lid off.  This way makes artisan bread, better than you can get at any store or restaurant.

The restaurant business is probably the most stressful thing you can get your hands into I think.  I wouldn`t mind being a personal chef though. I have as much fun making these things as I do eating them.

Maybe not a sit down style eatery, maybe some sort of baker, a storefront with premade stuff for sale.

If I taught Marty Champions/Johnny Falcon the secret to bread baking, I imagine thats all he would eat for weeks.  hahha  Hopefully he sees this, I would love to teach him.  He could do it easily.

i would just eat this bread for weeks no quiestions asked i dont have time for different meals, just one massive dose of one types of foods all day long
