But the physique, though, is a mess. Sorry to say bud but you have very poor genetics. Legs, back, and arms are pretty much 3 out of 4 most important features of a body builder.

That wasn't the original point of this thread. Flint is strong, but Halo looks better. He's leaner and more vascular.

Also, these pics are angles to really showcase Flint's chest and shoulders (no homo). He needs to step back and take flat-plane shots to do a real comparison.

flint looks like gym builder, guy who looks big in the gym. Little stage potential whereas halo
does have stage potential. Wide shoulders but from all the pics I've seen it looks like the back is very narrow at the same time. So you can't compare these two guys really, depends on how you judge whether one beats the other.

The only way to really tell is to put them next to each other. I have a feeling halo is a lot smaller in comparsion to others, also he lacks any density. Not a strong dude. That being said Flinstones has the chest/shoulder mass but really needs to get shredded.

We'll take your word for it. Flint seems like a really nice guy.

No doubt if he warmed up a little better and more prepared, he can do more than 15 reps. Maybe even 20.

But the physique is not good. Halo kills him. Shape, size, density. He kills him at everything. Not close.

It's funny though when I played ball in college there were so many freaky strong guys especially for their weight. Non of them touched anything. First cycle your strength really blows up. After that it doesn't really move much unless you use heavy tren or superdrol or something along those lines.

Can't view the video yet but from the comments, it seems legit.
I will give flint serious props. 225 for 15 is excellent by any standards.

His physique appears thick and dense but flawed. Delts and traps are very impressive.
Overall though, a typical gym rat type build and unlike Halo, wouldn't get a high placing in any BB/physique show. A long way off the "best structure on a white man" that he had previously claimed.

Needs to sort the gyno out too.

hate to be "that guy" but it looks like youve got gyno.also symmetry is fucked and  major stretch marks.
