Flinstones has a physique identical to Tbombz's. He did pay him for advice though so that might explain it. I think Halo looks better overall but Flin is a big guy -- with gyno nips and sparrow legs, but big nonetheless.

this...isnt in powerlifting strong classed as minimum two but really atleast three times your body weight no? So if your 100kg you should be benchin at least 200kg? Squating n deadlifting atleast 300kg? Or is that wrong?

What I`m getting at is that if you weight 225 pounds,and I only weigh 175 pounds,but we both did 10 reps on the bench press with 300 pounds as the maximum amount we could do,that I would be stronger being the lighter man,having lifted more pounds over my bodyweight.

lol i get that but do you know the min amount to even be classed as "strong" ie two times your bodyweight for upper three for lower minimum?

Thanks bro.  I am down about 15 pounds from that pic now and I was only maybe 180, 185 tops there.  I felt like I had to eat all day long to even weigh that much and the lack of aerobic fitness got to me.  Now I just accept my place in life as a tiny tit and run a lot (no homo) but I still do a quick full-body workout 3x/week.
