He's a strong presser no doubt, not sure what his other lifts are. Legs are likely undertrained so his squat and deadlift could be lacking.

Unfortunately, he's not genetically gifted for bodybuilding. I think he's also one of those perma-bulker types who probably cares more about what the scales say rather than what the mirror says.
