Can I abstain for a week, and then super-nutrient/carb up?
I follow a modified beer version of Bodyopus.Zero alcohol content monday thru Friday, until 8 pm Friday, when I begin my re-feed on alcohol. The refeed ends with my last cesar around noon on Sunday. I find this keeps the muscles guessing.
I like this dedicated and disciplined regimen. I think I'll try it this summer, but it'll be tough to not imbibe in summer beers by the river. Maybe I'll allot myself some alcohol cheat days every now and again. I admire your discipline, snx.
Beer makes me drunk. Being drunk makes me want cookies, French fries, pizza, fried chicken, milk shakes, etc.Therefore beer is not bodybuilding food
