In my personal opinion only cure for palumboism is to quit all chemicals and starve your body to lose all that palumboism tissue. Then do some moderate training with little to no roids.

If I looked in the mirror and saw this, I would've quit bodybuilding a long time ago.

Yeah but I think part of the problem for people like this guy has to be some kind of mental disorder like body dysmorphia or something. I mean to stand on stage looking like that thinking you look good? Something ain't right in the head.

A bit harsh IMO.

He's done the best with what he was given. Got fairly well cut and had the balls to walk out on stage.

Individually his body parts are fine, its just they dont go together and flow.
That guy is a gym body, not a stage physique.

There are some guys who look nothing in the gym and look superb onstage.
