Loss of Strength
« on: April 22, 2014, 07:31:47 AM »
Today I was working chest and triceps and I was struggling with the weight that I normally use on some exercise, maybe it was because of the 20 reps squats from yesterday, have this ever happen to you guys and what do you think cause this shit.

I can't wait for Foozle, so I am just gonna go ahead with this...

You're barely more literate than the aids monkey that fucked your mother to start the plague, retard.  If we need advice on what the best angle to approach a scrotum with our tongues or the best was to recover from being cornholed by a 10 inch black cock, we'll start a thread asking for your opinion.  Until then shut your fucking gay hole, you nut nibbling manfucking rub your dick against a man's butthole gaylord.

Lack of sleep, poor nutrition, going off gear, depression, alcoholism. You tell me, anything ring a bell?

It's probably because you are proud of managing 20 reps in squats. Are you a fat slob permabulker by chance? Did you need extra oxygen after the 20 reps? Did you refuel between the sets with snickers? These are all important questions in order to give you an accurate answer.

Maybe the lack of sleep I went to bed late and had to get up early to train clients, this hot chick was checking me out and I was struggling with weights in front of her that is not a good impression.

I promise you this if you tried to do 20 rep squats and superset it with pullovers you would not survive you would quit in the middle of the workout, so go to the hack squats and do some half dead reps that is where you belong.

There is your reason.

Blood flow has gone awol to fill another "entity" this adds to less oxygen being fed to the muscle...etc.

If you ever meet a trainer who claims to know every single thing about training and nutrition chase him away, its like a doctor or IT guy you never stop learning.

Interesting that you mention that, one of my most embarrassing experience in the gym was in front of a hot chick, when I was a teenager I was going heavy on the legpress and when I got up to rest on the bench, this cutie said to me wow you are strong so I got pump up add two more plates to the leg press start pressing then got stuck and could not press it up so I scream help and this gym rat came over and help me to push it up.

I would say in the morning the body produces gh naturally while you sleep no reason to suppress it.
