Yeah, I should take this to facebook, but I'm not homo.

There is a kale salad that costco sells that I love to have for dinner.  When I went to Costo I noticed they had a new venor selling the similar salad.  They must have given Costo a better deal.

I bought a couple bags and had a salad for dinner.  A couple hours later I just don't feel right.  I run to the toilet and throw up everything.  Was hunched over for about an hour.  Body shivering, sweating, puke all over, the taste of decomposed salad in my mouth.  It would just keep coming out.  It was fucking brutal.

This morning.  My throught feels like I swallowed a lit match.  My chest, abs and ribs are killing me.  I feel like I got the shit kicked out of me.

On the bright side I'm about 8 pounds lighter.  I still have that nasty flavor in my mouth.  It won't go away.

Ugh, our food supply is going to hell because profits rule.  We buy fish raised in Asian man made swimming pools of filth. I could go on. We really need to watch what we eat and where it comes from.

Once I got food poisoning in a hotel (room service) after eating a chicken caesar salad.  Was sick for 3 days.  Had to rank in the top 3 most horrible experiences of my life.

Commiserations though mate - food poisoning is fucking awful. Had it 3 times - it's always been because of a bad egg.

yeah, if my food tastes a LITTLE bit funky - I will instantly throw it away.  Cause food poisoning from biscuits, eggs and gravy was HORRIBLE... I could literally feel my guts pulsating, working out the vile poison for 2 days straight.  I wasn't right for 3-4 days probably.  I knew it wasn't quite right, but I figured i was just a little snotty and that was affecting the taste.  never again.

He's hinted at a comeback for the Olympia this year.  From the looks of his recent pics, he hasn't used gear in 3 years and his receptors are very fresh.  Given the right creatine/glutamine/etc stack, he could reach 98 conditioning, if he's willing to put in the work.  It's not about age or time or injury or his distended disgusting fcking gut... just about nutrient timing & willingness to train harder than everyone else.
