Yep shooting yourself 3 or 4 times a day and never being able to go too far in case you miss a meal.

So you watched The Cost of Redemption.

That's not his meal plan at all. You don't hold 330lbs of muscle off-season eating like he did in his DVDs. You don't know his real diet.

That's my point. You don't have a fucking clue. No one here does unless they were his coach or lived in his house when he cooked his off-season meals. Those DVDs contained what he wanted the world to know about his pre-contest regimen. Most pros don't share their diet info with anyone unless you count those ghostwritten articles in FLEX they sign contracts to have written so schmoes and 19 y/o hardgainers can go to the store and think they'll look like Ronnie because they drink a jug of Eggology a week and buy BSN products.

The movie showed him eating those meals. It doesn't show him eating 24/7. That was what he wanted the world to see. And it was his pre-contest meals, not off-season when he built his mass. Your post was a copy & paste of what you saw in his DVD.

I don't eat his diet so I don't know what the fuck you're talking about. You're just a clueless idiot, man.

Ronnie himself said that was his real meals he has some snacks off camera but that was it, the point I am trying to make it ronnie does not eat more than the average bodybuilder, you eat different foods but you eat the same amount as him yet you are a lightweight and that is the problem you are having.

You don't know my weight. You also don't know my diet. So that automatically disqualifies half your post. You're clueless.

Second, you don't know what Ronnie eats. You have no idea. Zero. You're just spouting a bunch of senseless bullshit and lifting info from his movies.

while you're right, we don't know...

at this point, i can't honestly say i have any good reason to believe ronald ate according to a complicated and/or austere "bodybuilding diet"

and plenty of good reasons to believe he didnt

Those films were consciously intended to show those parts of his day that he felt comfortable sharing with a mass audience. It's why his inexplicable absences in the morning while his grits were cooling off are clumsily edited out. That may have been his time for doing injections. Or when he goes to the restaurant, it shows him eating a meal then cuts to him in the parking lot leaving. Doesn't show whether he orders two or three of them or not. And like I said, that list on his fridge was supposedly Chad Nichols' precontest plan for him. So even if he followed it to the letter, it accounts for maybe 2 months of his diet. The off-season stuff, where he really gained all his muscle and probably used insulin after most of his meals, we don't know shit about. So I was basically saying there's no point acting like a diet guru on this site and using him as a reference unless you know for a fact what he ate to get so fucking huge. Because it sure as hell wasn't a few chicken breasts a day with two protein shakes and a snack between workouts.

He gets way more attention from them than a tall guy who lacks his self-confidence and muscular development.

I know so many awkward tall guys who get no buns, it's unreal. If you don't know how to combine your height with other qualities, you won't get any further than a 5'4" manlet with a bit of game will.

\I don't even think height means all that much...but a dude below 5'9 will have a hard time pulling tail unless he's exceptionally good looking or wealthy.

You'd think so but the cockiness is what gets you to slam quality minge on the regular. It's just that most arrogant guys tend to be wealthy or attractive. But the ones who aren't those two things do just as well if they know how to make women believe anything they tell them. I know a few short guys like that. But most don't pull as easily as taller men, that part was true. Flex is a pretty mouthy SOB, though. Add to that the sponsorship money and his sports car plus his ridiculous body, and he's basically set to roll in the 8s and 9s.

So Balco did some tests on Flex Wheeler in 1998? His kidney's must have been working at about 1/4 of a normal person's at that time...With no drugs and oil, Flex Wheeler is 150 pound skinny dude...Flex with 5 years of training on all the assorted hormones competed as a middleweight...Folks that's 176 pounds and under. And even when he moved to light heavy, he was still pretty damn thin...

tiny tit of peace

Here's Wheeler at 24 years old 187 pounds with estimated over 2 grams a week. LOL at the chick at the end saying he's a ham. No mam, he's a douche!

Flex admitted starting gear at 18. He never even built up a base. It's why he lost everything when he had to get off the stage after his kidneys handed him an IOU note.

Pretty much no pros build up a base , as soon as they come off its all gone
