Lots of clauses that will let her take money and you get nothing in return.
The first clause says that just to bid she gets 100 bucks from you that's NONE REFUNDABLE.
So even if you lose, she gets to keep it.
Now think about that... She says, OH... this person won, which isn't you, but thanks for your 100 bucks... You don't get it back.
1. BIDDING
1.1. Before lodging a Bid, each Bidder must forward the non-refundable sum of US$100 to the following paypal account - bid@elizabeth-raine.com
1.2. As soon as a Bidder has made payment in accordance with clause 1.1 he shall be entitled to make as many Bids as he wishes.
2. FOMATION OF CONTRACT
2.1. By lodging a Bid on the Website, each Bidder agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.2. After the conclusion of the Auction, the Virgin shall notify one of the Bidders that he is the Successful Bidder.
3. PAYMENT
3.1. At the same time as notifying the Successful Bidder under clause 2.2, the Virgin shall supply to the Successful Bidder a written Agreement to deal with the Fee, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3.2. The Successful Bidder shall wire-transfer the amount he bid into a trust account designated by the Virgin within seven days of being notified that he is the Successful Bidder.
3.3. The payment from the Successful Bidder referred to in clause 3.2 shall be released in accordance with the written directions of the Virgin after 24 hours after the Meeting, provided that the Successful Bidder and the Virgin have had Sexual Intercourse.
3.4. If the Meeting does not take place, or Sexual Intercourse does not take place between the Successful Bidder and the Virgin within 60 days after the payment referred to in clause 3.2:-
3.4.1. If this is the result of any act or omission of the Virgin, the Fee shall be returned to the Successful Bidder.
3.4.2. Otherwise, the Fee shall be released to the Virgin.
4. PROVISION OF EVIDENCE
4.1. Within seven days after payment of the Fee, the Virgin shall supply to the Successful Bidder medical or other evidence showing that the Virgin has not previously had sexual intercourse.
4.2 Within seven days after payment of the Fee, the Virgin shall supply to the Successful Bidder face photographs of the Virgin.
4.3. The Successful Bidder shall supply to the Virgin all such information and documents as she may reasonably request relating to his background and medical condition.
4.4 If either the Successful Bidder or the Virgin find the evidence provided unsatisfactory, the Fee shall be returned to the Successful Bidder.
5. MEETING
5.1. As soon as is reasonably possible after the Successful Bidder has paid the Fee, and has provided the information and documents referred to in clause 4.3, the Virgin shall meet with the Successful Bidder and have sexual intercourse with him on a date reasonably nominated by the Successful Bidder, in consultation with the Virgin.
5.2. The Meeting shall include the Virgin remaining with the Successful Bidder from 8 PM on that date until 8 AM the following morning, or such other period as may be agreed between the Virgin and the Successful Bidder.
5.3. The Parties shall agree upon a venue for the Meeting in a place where the law applicable at that place does not prohibit the performance by the Virgin of her obligations under this agreement. If a venue cannot be agreed upon between the Parties, the Fee shall be returned to the Successful Bidder.
5.4. Each of the Parties shall make reasonable arrangements for the comfort, safety and security of each other at the Meeting, as the other party may reasonably request. If such arrangements cannot be agreed upon between the Parties, the Fee shall be returned to the Successful Bidder.
6. PROTECTION OF VIRGIN
6.1. The Successful Bidder shall wear a condom when having Sexual Intercourse with the Virgin or supply the Virgin a medical report clearing him of sexually transmitted diseases dated within 24 hours of the Meeting.
6.2. The Successful Bidder shall not:-
6.2.1. Be under the influence of alcohol or of any drugs during the Meeting;
6.2.2. Penetrate the anus of the Virgin;
6.2.3. Treat the Virgin violently.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1. Each of the Parties shall keep the identity of the other Party strictly confidential, and shall not make any disclosure to any third party which may reveal the identity of the other party.
7.2. Clause 7.1 shall not apply to the extent that disclosure is required by law, or is required by a Party in order to enforce that Party’s rights under these terms and conditions.
8. DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:-
“Auction” means the auction referred to on the Website.
“Bid” means a bid lodged on the Website.
“Bidder” means each person who lodges a Bid.
“Fee” means the amount paid by the Successful Bidder in accordance with clause 3.2.
“Meeting” means the meeting referred to in clause 5.1 of these terms and conditions.
“Parties” means the Successful Bidder and the Virgin.
“Sexual Intercourse” means insertion of a penis into a vagina.
“Successful Bidder” means the person notified in accordance with clause 2.2 above.
“Virgin” means the person referred to and depicted on the Website, referred to as “Elizabeth Raine”.
